About me
Hello! I'm Jess, a pre- and postnatal fitness specialist and founder of BumpFit & Beyond. Here, I provide a safe and supportive space for women to continue to exercise and move their bodies throughout pregnancy and into motherhood. I have always loved all things fitness and being a mum of 3 myself, found navigating movement through pregnancy and postpartum to be a whole new experience... so BumpFit & Beyond was born!
Pregnancy and new motherhood is a time when our own needs tend to fall by the wayside as we put all our energy into caring for our babies. There's so much going on as you journey into motherhood: from all the physical, mental and emotional pregnancy and postpartum changes, to everything going on in your external environment too. Here at BumpFit & Beyond, we 100% get it and you will always find a gentle and encouraging space for you to move your body for yours and your baby's benefit. And more often than not, we squeeze in a cuppa and a chat too!
